2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions made on the website cibleverte.be. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms.
3. Products and Services
We offer a wide range of archery products, including bows, arrows, and accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible. Variations may occur, particularly due to screen settings.
4. Order Process
Orders should be placed by contacting us through the website. The order details are then finalized via email. Once the order is confirmed, an electronic invoice is issued. Products can be picked up in person at Clos Ma Campagne 32, 1410 Waterloo, or shipped according to the customer’s preference. By choosing the delivery option, the customer agrees that their email address may be shared with the delivery service for tracking notifications.
5. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are not included and will be added upon order confirmation.
6. Payment
Payments can be made by bank transfer or via a mobile application upon receipt in person. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
We deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided as an indication. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers. Delivery costs will be calculated after order confirmation. For custom and handmade products, delivery time also depends on the complexity of the order and the manufacturing time required by the producer.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or incur penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Return and Refund
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). After receipt and verification of the returned products, the refund will be made within 14 days.
10. Warranty
Our products come with the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of a defect, please contact us at info@cibleverte.be.

Bows come with a 1-year warranty, which covers defects that are not the result of user error. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper stringing or unstringing, over-drawing, or misuse, such as using a string or arrows incompatible with the bow. Furthermore, any damages resulting from external factors, such as dropping, impacts, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, moisture), are excluded. To ensure warranty coverage, users are advised to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper use and maintenance of the bow.

11. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data. The information collected is necessary for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except for the information needed for delivery services.
12. Liability
Our liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products.
13. Disputes and Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Waterloo will be competent.
14. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The new terms will apply to any order placed after their publication on the site.
15. Product Liability and Safety Instructions
The archery products sold on this website can cause injury if not used correctly. Customers must follow all applicable laws and safety guidelines when using these products. The products purchased are to be used at the customer's own risk. By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to use them responsibly and acknowledges that Cible Verte is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the use of the products.
